Car rental questions
What do I need to pick up the car?
A full driving licence held for at least a year, a passport or ID, and a credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit.
How old do I need to be?
21 for most cars and 25 for premium SUVs and vans. Drivers under 25 pay a young-driver fee at the desk.
Can I add a second driver or a child seat?
Yes. Add them when you book or at the desk. A second driver is included free on premium cars.
What if my flight is late?
Give us your flight number when you book. We track it and hold the car for up to three hours after the scheduled arrival.
