Our rarest matcha: hand-picked first-flush Okumidori leaves from a single estate in Uji, shaded for 28 days and milled on granite stones at 40 g an hour. Intensely sweet and savoury, with a long, creamy finish.
Best as koicha (thick tea): 4 g with 30 ml of water at 70 °C, kneaded slowly with the whisk.
