Details
Our house ceremonial matcha, stone-milled from first-harvest tencha grown under shade for 21 days on a family farm in Uji. Deep jade green, naturally sweet, with a creamy umami finish and almost no bitterness.
Whisk 2 g (two bamboo scoops) with 70 ml of water at 75 to 80 °C for a traditional usucha. Keep the tin sealed in the fridge and use it within six weeks of opening.
