What each status means
- 01Dispatched
Your cargo has been collected and scanned, and the booking is confirmed with the carrier.
- 02In Transit
On the ship, plane or truck. Each port, airport and hub appears as it passes through.
- 03Out for Delivery
Cleared and loaded for the last mile, with a delivery window sent by email and text.
- 04Delivered
Signed for, with a photo and the name of the person who received it.
Your tracking number
You will find it in three places. When you track, we also ask for the email address or phone number used when booking, so only you and the people you share it with can see the details.
- In your booking confirmation email, labelled Order number
- On the bill of lading or air waybill we sent you
- In the text message sent when your cargo was collected
Tracking questions
Why can I not see my shipment yet?
Tracking starts when your cargo is first scanned at collection. If it was booked today, check again after the pickup time on your confirmation.
How often is the status updated?
Trucks report their position every 15 minutes. Sea and air shipments update at every milestone: departure, transshipment, arrival, customs release and delivery.
The arrival date changed. What now?
Your account manager will already have been alerted. If the new date does not work for you, call us and we will look at options such as moving part of the order to air.
Can I share tracking with my customer?
Yes. Give them the tracking number and the email or phone number used when booking, or ask us to add their email so they receive the updates too.
