About Logistics.com
Since 2009 we have moved cargo for growing businesses by sea, air and road, through customs and into the warehouse, with one team answering for all of it.

From one truck in Newark
to a network in 50+ countries
We started in 2009 with one truck and a small warehouse beside Port Newark, moving containers for importers in New Jersey. Our clients kept asking us to handle the ocean leg too, then air freight, customs and fulfilment.
Today 380 people in our own offices in more than 50 countries, with partner agents in over 150, move more than 100,000 shipments a year. We still work the way we did with that first truck: one team owns your shipment from pickup to proof of delivery, and answers the phone at 3 am when something changes.

Which countries do you ship to and from?
We have our own offices in more than 50 countries and partner agents in over 150, so we can collect and deliver almost anywhere. Our busiest lanes are Asia to North America, Europe to North America and domestic road freight across the USA and Canada.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Within one business hour for standard sea, air and road shipments. Project cargo, dangerous goods and charters can take up to one business day because we confirm space with the carrier first.
Is my cargo insured?
Carriers' liability is limited by law, so we recommend all-risk cargo insurance for the full value of your goods. We can arrange it with every booking, usually for 0.3 to 0.5 percent of the cargo value.
Can you handle customs for me?
Yes. Our licensed customs brokers file import entries at every US port, estimate duties before you ship and handle ISF filings, bonds and other agency requirements.
What happens if my shipment is delayed?
You get an alert with the new arrival date as soon as we know, and your account manager calls you with options, such as moving urgent stock to air or rebooking the delivery.
