Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy from or book with Antixor Hotel through this website.

Orders. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation. Prices include the taxes shown at checkout; delivery is added before you pay.

Payment. You can pay by the methods shown at checkout. For bank transfer or pay on delivery, we hold your order until payment is received or delivery is made.

Delivery and bookings. We tell you the expected delivery date or booking time when you order. If something changes we will contact you straight away.

Returns and cancellations. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will put it right. Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before.
