What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out until 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out until 2pm are free when the room is available; just ask.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, every room rate includes breakfast for the guests in the room, served from 6:30 to 10:30am, or in your room for a $10 tray charge.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. A car meets you at arrivals for $35 each way; Pool Villa and Presidential Suite guests travel free. Send your flight number when you book.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. After that the first night is charged. See the booking policy for the details.
Are pets allowed?
Assistance dogs are always welcome. We are not able to host other pets.
Is there parking?
Yes, free valet parking for staying guests, with two electric car chargers.
