Return Policy

Our promise. If something arrives damaged or expired, or is not what you ordered, Antixor Pharmacy replaces it or refunds you in full.

What can be returned. Unopened products that do not need refrigeration can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We collect them free of charge in Dhaka.

What cannot be returned. For everyone's safety, we cannot take back medicines that have been opened, refrigerated medicines, or products we cannot check.

How to return. Call us or send a message through the contact page with your order number and the item. We arrange a collection and refund your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving it.

Wrong or damaged items. Tell us within 48 hours and we deliver a replacement the same or the next day.

Consultations and checkups. You can change or cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations of checkup packages may be charged $5 for the laboratory's time.
