Oral Rehydration Salts

Details

Replaces the water and salts lost through diarrhoea, vomiting or heavy sweating in the heat. Dissolve one sachet in 200 ml of drinking water that has been boiled and cooled.

For babies and young children, ask our pharmacist for the right amount, and see a doctor if a child is drowsy, has no wet nappies or cannot keep fluids down.
