Prescription details

We dispense prescription medicines only against a valid prescription from a registered doctor. After you send this form, the pharmacist replies with the price and asks for a clear photo of the prescription by WhatsApp or email.

What you need

A valid prescriptionFrom a registered doctor, dated within the last six months (three for antibiotics).

The patient's detailsName and age exactly as written on the prescription.

A clear photo when we askFlat, well lit, showing the doctor's signature and registration number.

Prescription Questions

Can I buy antibiotics without a prescription?

No. Antibiotics, sleeping tablets and other prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription. For mild symptoms our pharmacist can suggest an over-the-counter option.

Do you keep my prescription for refills?

Yes. We keep it on file for as long as it is valid, remind you a few days before each month's supply runs out, and only ask for a new one when it expires.

What if a medicine is out of stock?

We tell you straight away how long it will take to arrive, or offer the same medicine from another approved manufacturer if your doctor agrees.

Can I collect instead of having it delivered?

Yes. Choose collection in the form and bring the original prescription to our Dhanmondi branch; your order is ready within an hour of our reply.
