How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 14 days free and the full Pro features, no credit card needed. At the end of the trial choose a plan, or your workspace pauses. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings, Billing at any time. Upgrades apply straight away and are prorated; downgrades apply from your next billing date.
What does the yearly discount include?
Paying yearly costs 20% less than monthly: $15 instead of $19 a month for Starter, $39 instead of $49 for Pro and $79 instead of $99 for Enterprise.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in to your workspace. People who only receive shared reports or dashboard links do not need a seat.
How can I pay?
By card or bank transfer. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice on 30-day terms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you cancel in; yearly plans run to the end of the paid year. You can export all your data at any time.
