FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is my content used to train AI models?

No. Your documents, prompts and outputs are never used to train shared models. They are encrypted and only visible to your workspace.

Which languages does the AI writer support?

More than 30, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Japanese and Swahili. Brand Voice works in every one of them.

Can I connect my own tools?

Yes. Use one of the ready-made integrations, send data in with webhooks, or use the REST API. Enterprise customers can ask us to build a custom integration.

Where is my data stored?

In encrypted data centres in the United States or the European Union; you choose the region when you create your workspace.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits and education?

Yes: 40% off any plan for registered nonprofits, schools and universities. Contact us from your organisation's email to apply.

How do I get help?

Chat with us from the question mark in your workspace, email hello@anti-xor.example, or book an onboarding session with a product specialist.

Getting started in ten minutes

Create your workspace. Sign up with your work email, name the workspace and choose where your data is stored. You land on the dashboard with a sample project to explore.

Set your brand voice. Open Settings, Brand Voice and paste two or three pieces of writing you like. Add words you always use and words you never use. Every AI draft now starts from this.

Connect one tool. In Integrations, connect the tool you use most, such as your email or CRM. Each connection asks only for the access it needs.

Run your first workflow. Open Automation, choose a template such as Weekly report or New lead follow-up, and press Run test. You see every step and its result before you switch it on.

Invite your team. From Team, invite colleagues as editors or viewers. They get an email with a sign-in link and join your workspace straight away.

Building and scheduling automations

Every automation has a trigger, steps and a destination. The trigger decides when it runs: a schedule, a new row, a form entry, an email or a webhook.

Add steps in order. Steps can fetch data, filter it, ask the AI to summarise or write, branch with if/else rules, wait for a time, or send the result somewhere. Name each step so the run history reads like a story.

Test before you switch it on. Run test uses real data but sends nothing; each step shows exactly what it received and returned.

Schedule it. Choose a time zone, the days and the hour. Scheduled runs retry automatically if a connected tool is briefly unavailable.

Watch the run history. Every run is kept for 30 days with its inputs and outputs. Failed runs show the reason in plain English and a Retry button.

Team members and roles

Owners manage billing, security and everything else. Every workspace has at least one owner; we recommend two.

Editors create and change drafts, dashboards and automations in the projects they belong to. This is the right role for most of your team.

Runners can start automations and read results, but cannot change them. Use it for colleagues who rely on a workflow without maintaining it.

Viewers read dashboards and comment. Viewers are free on every plan.

Change a role from Team at any time; the change applies immediately. When someone leaves, remove them and reassign their automations in one step so nothing stops running.

Billing, seats and invoices

Plans are billed per workspace, monthly or yearly. Yearly billing costs 20% less.

Seats. Starter includes 1 user and Pro includes 5; add extra seats from Billing at $8 per user per month. Viewers are free.

Changing plan. Upgrades apply straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades apply from your next billing date.

Invoices. Every payment creates an invoice with your company details and tax number, emailed to your billing contact and kept in Billing, Invoices.

Paying by invoice. Enterprise customers can pay by bank transfer on 30-day terms. Ask our sales team to set it up.
