How quickly will you reply?

Within one working day, and usually the same day. Our phones are answered Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

Can I view a property on the same day?

Often, yes, for homes that are empty. Homes with owners or tenants living in them need 24 hours' notice.

How do I make an offer?

Tell your agent the price and any conditions. We present it to the seller in writing the same day and negotiate for you.
