Real estate.com began in 2011 as a two-person office on Gulshan Avenue in Dhaka, helping Bangladeshi families buy homes in the United States. Fourteen years later we have agents in Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Austin, Orlando and Chicago, and a head office that still answers the phone at 7am when a client abroad needs us.
Every property we list is visited, photographed and checked by one of our agents first. Every buyer, seller, tenant and landlord gets one agent from the first call to the keys, and a straight answer about the price.

How do I book a viewing?
Open any listing and send the enquiry form, use Book a Viewing on our contact page, or call +1 (555) 014-2294. We confirm a time within one working day, and we can show you round on a video call if you live abroad.
Do buyers pay you a fee?
No. When you buy through us, the seller pays our commission. Tenants pay a one-time letting fee of half a month's rent, shown on every rental listing.
Can I buy from outside the country?
Yes. Many of our clients buy in the US from Bangladesh, the UK and the Gulf. We arrange video viewings, introduce you to lenders who work with overseas buyers, and a local attorney handles the closing.
How long does it take to buy a home?
Usually 30 to 45 days from accepted offer to keys with a mortgage, and as little as two weeks for a cash purchase.
What does property management include?
Finding and checking tenants, collecting rent, inspections twice a year with photos, repairs by vetted contractors and a monthly statement. Fees start at 8% of the monthly rent, with nothing to pay while the home is empty.
