Entry requirements

What You Need to Apply

The minimum requirements by level. Some programs ask for more; each program page lists them.

Undergraduate

HSC or A-levels with a GPA of 3.5 or above, or two A-level passes at grade C. The Foundation Year is there if you are just short.

Postgraduate

A bachelor's degree with a CGPA of 3.0 or above in a related subject. The Executive MBA also asks for three years of management experience.

Diplomas & Certificates

HSC or equivalent. Relevant work experience can stand in for formal qualifications on professional courses.

International Students

IELTS 6.0 (6.5 for postgraduate), TOEFL iBT 80 or Duolingo 105. Your visa support letter comes with your offer.

Can I apply before my HSC results are out?

Yes. Apply with your predicted or test results and we will make a conditional offer. Send your final results as soon as they are published.

Is there an application fee?

No, applying is free. When you accept an offer you pay a $150 enrolment deposit, which comes off your first semester's tuition.

When will I hear back?

Within 10 working days of receiving your complete application. Scholarship decisions follow within four weeks.

Can I transfer credits from another university?

Yes, for up to 40% of your degree. Send your transcripts and course outlines and the faculty will assess them within three weeks.

Do you help international students with visas?

Your offer comes with an admission letter and a visa support letter, and the international office helps with the visa application, airport pickup and housing.

Can I pay tuition in instalments?

Yes. Tuition is billed per semester and each semester can be split into two instalments at no extra cost.
