Can I change my dates after booking?
Usually yes. Airline and hotel rules differ, so we tell you the change rules before you pay and handle the change for you.
Do you help with visas?
We tell you exactly what each passport needs for each destination and send the supporting documents (bookings, itinerary) the embassy asks for.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. For packages we take a deposit to hold the booking and the balance 30 days before departure.
What happens if something goes wrong while I am away?
Call or message our 24/7 line. A real person answers and fixes it: missed connections, lost bags, hotel problems.
