Booking & Changes
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Free changes and cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Within 24 hours we keep one day's rental; everything else is refunded.
Can you deliver the car to me?
Yes. Delivery and collection are free in Gulshan, Banani and Baridhara, $10 elsewhere in Dhaka and $15 at the airport.
Can I take the car to another city or return it elsewhere?
Drive anywhere in Bangladesh. One-way rentals between our Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet branches cost $40 extra.
Do you rent cars with a driver?
Yes: our chauffeur service is $95 for 10 hours with a Camry, or add a driver to any car for $30 a day.
Documents & Age
What do I need to rent a car?
A driving licence held for at least two years (Bangladeshi, or your home licence with an International Driving Permit), your passport or NID, and the deposit.
How old do I need to be?
23 for most cars, 30 for the Bentley, the Lamborghini Urus and the Rolls-Royce (which always comes with a chauffeur).
Can someone else drive?
Add an extra driver for $10 a day. They need to show their licence at pick-up.
Payment & Deposit
How do I pay?
By card, bank transfer or bKash. The rental is paid at pick-up; corporate accounts receive one invoice a month.
How much is the deposit?
$150 for economy cars and sedans, $300 for SUVs, $500 for luxury cars and $1,500 for the Urus. It is released within 3 working days after you return the car.
What is the fuel policy?
Full to full. You collect the car with a full tank and return it full; otherwise we refill it at the pump price plus $5.
Insurance & Breakdown
Is insurance included?
Every rental includes comprehensive insurance with a $300 excess. Zero excess cover costs $9 a day.
What if the car breaks down?
Call our 24/7 line. We send help within an hour in Dhaka and a replacement car within four hours anywhere on the national highways.
Is there a mileage limit?
No: unlimited mileage inside Bangladesh on every self-drive rental. Chauffeur trips out of town are priced by distance.
