Pricing questions
How is my fare calculated?
Distance multiplied by the rate of the car class you book, plus any tolls or parking. The dispatcher tells you the estimated total when your ride is confirmed.
Can I get a fixed price?
Yes. Airport transfers and outstation trips get a fixed total before you book, so traffic and detours never change the price.
Do you charge more at night or in bad weather?
No. Our rates are the same around the clock and in any weather.
Is there a cancellation charge?
Cancelling is free until your driver has set off. After that we charge the minimum fare to cover the driver's time.
How do company accounts pay?
Once a month, by bank transfer, against one invoice that lists every trip with its date, route, passenger and cost centre.
