Your tracking number
It starts with AXL and it is on every document we send you. When you track, we also ask for the email address or phone number used for the booking, so only you and the people you share it with can see the details.
- In your booking confirmation email
- On the house bill of lading or airway bill we issue
- In the SMS we send when your cargo is collected
Tracking questions
Why can I not see my shipment yet?
Tracking starts when your cargo is first scanned at collection. If it was booked today, check again after the pickup time in your confirmation.
How often is the status updated?
Trucks report their position every 15 minutes. Sea and air shipments update at every milestone: departure, transshipment, arrival, customs release and delivery.
The arrival date changed. What now?
Your coordinator will already have been alerted. If the new date does not work for you, call us and we will look at options, such as moving part of the order to air.
Can I share tracking with my customer?
Yes. Give them the tracking number and the email or phone number used for the booking, or ask us to add their email so they receive the updates too.
