Antixor started as a two-person office in Chelsea, New York, with one rule: tell clients the truth about a property, even when it costs us the deal. Twelve years later we are forty-six advisors in New York, London, Dubai and Singapore, and the rule has not changed.

How do I book a viewing?
Open any listing and send the enquiry form with the days that suit you, or call +1 (555) 012-4567. We confirm a time within one working day, and we can show you round on a video call if you are abroad.
Do buyers pay you a fee?
No. When you buy through us the seller pays our commission. Tenants pay no agency fee in London and New York; in Dubai the standard 5% agency fee applies and is shown on the listing.
Can I buy if I live in another country?
Yes, in all four of our markets, with different rules: freehold areas in Dubai, a stamp duty surcharge in London, additional buyer's stamp duty in Singapore and no restrictions in New York. We set out every cost before you make an offer.
How long does a purchase take?
Usually 30 to 60 days from accepted offer to keys for a resale home, depending on the city and whether you need a mortgage. Off-plan purchases follow the developer's payment plan.
What does property management include?
Finding and vetting tenants, collecting rent, inspections twice a year, repairs by vetted contractors and a monthly statement. Fees start at 8% of the monthly rent, with no charge while the home is empty.
