Before You Ask for a Quote
How much does it cost to build a house?
Most of our new homes cost between $150 and $260 per square foot, depending on the structure, the number of floors and the finishes you choose. After a free site visit we give you a fixed-price quote, itemised stage by stage.
How long does a typical project take?
A two-storey family home usually takes 10 to 14 months from approval to handover; a kitchen or bathroom renovation takes 4 to 8 weeks. Every quote includes a week-by-week programme.
Do you handle permits and approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and documents RAJUK, the city corporation or the local authority needs, submit them for you and attend every inspection.
What warranty do you give?
Ten years on the structure, two years on roofing and waterproofing, and one year on finishes and fittings. Anything that fails in that time is put right at our cost.
Can I stay in my home during a renovation?
Usually, yes. We work room by room, seal off dust and keep water and power running. For full refits we plan the order of work with you before we start.
How do payments work?
A 10% booking deposit, then stage payments tied to milestones you can see on site: foundation, frame, roof, finishes and handover. You never pay in advance for work that has not been done.
