Four hours is enough for most light and midsize jets in North America and Europe. For heavy jets, international trips and busy weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Art Basel, the Monaco Grand Prix) book as early as you can; we will still try on shorter notice.

Every quote is one all-in price for the whole aircraft: crew, fuel, landing and handling fees, catering, Wi-Fi where fitted and US federal excise tax. The only extras are the ones you ask for, such as de-icing on the day or special catering.

Yes. Changes of time or passengers are free until 24 hours before departure. Cancellations more than 7 days out are refunded in full minus any airport fees already paid; inside 7 days we refund what we can recover from the operator.

Dogs and cats fly in the cabin with you on almost every aircraft in our fleet. Tell us the breed and weight when you book so we can check the rules at your destination.

Each aircraft page lists its baggage volume. As a guide, a light jet takes a soft bag and a carry-on per person, a heavy jet takes skis and golf clubs with room to spare.

Every flight is operated by a certified air carrier (FAA Part 135 or the European equivalent) with two pilots, and we only use operators audited by ARGUS or Wyvern.

By bank transfer or card. For trips booked more than 7 days ahead we take a 50% deposit and the balance 72 hours before departure; closer in, payment is due on confirmation.

A government photo ID is enough for flights inside the US. For international trips, bring the same passport and visas you would need on an airline; we send the passenger list to customs ahead of time.
