Before Your Inspection
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. Inspections before an estimate and after a storm cost nothing and come with photos of what we found. The only paid inspection is a written roof certification for a home sale ($189).
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are done in one or two days. Larger or steeper roofs, tile and metal take three to five days. You get the start date and the schedule in writing with your estimate.
Will my insurance pay for hail or wind damage?
Most homeowner policies cover storm damage, minus your deductible. We photograph and measure the damage, meet your adjuster on the roof and, once the claim is approved, bill the insurer directly.
What warranty do you give?
Every new roof carries our 10-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's material warranty of up to 50 years. Repairs carry a 2-year workmanship warranty.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. We need the driveway clear and an outdoor power outlet. We text you when the crew arrives and send photos when the job is finished.
How do payments work?
Insurance jobs need no deposit. For other jobs we take 10% when you sign and the balance after the final inspection, by card, check or bank transfer.
