Delete your data

You can have the data Storelets holds about you deleted at any time.

Customers

Email dev@storelets.com from the address you used at checkout, or send the phone number you ordered with. We delete your contact details and anonymise your orders within 30 days, and confirm by reply. Records a merchant must keep for tax or dispute reasons are retained only for that purpose.

Merchants

Delete your business from Settings, or email us. Your store, products, customers and connected-channel tokens are deleted within 30 days. Disconnecting a Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account from Storelets also removes the data we received from that account.

Facebook and Instagram users

If you messaged a store through Facebook or Instagram and want that data removed from Storelets, use the Facebook “Apps and Websites” settings to remove Storelets, or email us with the store name. Meta's data-deletion request callback for this app points to this page.
